Couples who met criterions include at least, 2 years of marriage, experiencing chronic and severe conflict and the reason of applying for divorce must not be acute psycho-physiological complications or special disabilities which make the continuation of marital life difficult. Results: The data in this research were collected through conducting in-depth interviews with couples, one member of which was applicants for divorce. The reasons for marriage failure among the research sample include Premarital Factors like Marriage with Improper Motive, escaping from social pressures and unpleasant atmosphere of paternal house and coerced wedding and Post-marriage factors encompass, Little presence of husband at home and the continuation of celibacy bonds ,Non-separation from the family of origin, Non-separation from the family of origin, Gender role conflicts, Lack of sexual attraction, violence, infidelity, Suspicion, Financial problems, Addiction. Conclusion: Theoretical and research localization and designing interventions on the basis of contextual knowledge are important suggestions and at the same time challenging that can be deduced from the findings of the present research}, keywords = {Marriage,Breakup,Divorce}, url = {https://iase-ijeas.com/article_161061.html}, eprint = {https://iase-ijeas.com/article_161061_642c676c583351aec3ad3770c418de6f.pdf} } @article { author = {Tanhaye Reshvanloo, Farhad and Hejazi, Elahe}, title = {Perceived parenting styles, academic achievement and academic motivation A causal model}, journal = {International Journal of Education and Cognitive Sciences}, volume = {2}, number = {1}, pages = {13-19}, year = {2021}, publisher = {Iranian Association for Intelligence and Talent Studies}, issn = {3041-8828}, eissn = {3041-8828}, doi = {10.22034/injoeas.2021.161062}, abstract = {Introduction: Based on the self-determination theory (SDT) the relationship between perceived parenting styles (involvement, autonomy-support, and warmth), academic motivation and academic achievement was investigated.Materials and methods: In correlational design, 412 Iranian sophomore high school students were selected randomly and completed 2 scales: Academic Motivation Scale (AMS) and Perceptions of Parents Scale (POPS). Path analysis was used to analyze the data. Results: Results indicated that perceived parenting styles had an effect on academic achievement through mediation of academic motivation. SPS have 2 problem solving orientations: negative and positive orientation to problem solving (NPO and PPO), and 3 problem solving styles: rational problem solving style (RPS), avoidance style (AS), and impulsive/carelessness style.Materials and methods: The statistical population consisted of undergraduate students at Azad University- Rudehen branch in 2013. Participants (n= 387) were randomly selected via multistage method and completed general health questionnaire (GHQ-28), social problem solving scale-revised (SPSR) and self-efficacy scale (Sherer et al). For analyzing of data multiple regression test is applied. Results: The results showed that NPO and ICS can positively and self-efficacy can negatively predict total score of mental health difficulties. NPO and ICS have significantly positive relationship with somatic symptoms and anxiety. NPO and AS have significantly positive relationship with depression. Also NPO and AS have significantly positive relationship with social dysfunction, whereas RPS have significantly negative relationships with social dysfunction and self-efficacy negatively predicts depression. Conclusion: According to research findings, it is recommended that psychologists emphasize on teaching and improving social problem-solving skills and self-efficacy for preventing of mental health difficulties.}, keywords = {Mental Health Social Problem Solving Self,Efficacy}, url = {https://iase-ijeas.com/article_161063.html}, eprint = {https://iase-ijeas.com/article_161063_932effd673a71945763b9c7be2ca9a78.pdf} } @article { author = {Ahghar, Ghodsi}, title = {Effects of Teaching Problem Solving Skills on Students' Social Anxiety}, journal = {International Journal of Education and Cognitive Sciences}, volume = {2}, number = {1}, pages = {27-31}, year = {2021}, publisher = {Iranian Association for Intelligence and Talent Studies}, issn = {3041-8828}, eissn = {3041-8828}, doi = {10.22034/injoeas.2021.161064}, abstract = {Introduction: Social anxiety which refers to obvious and persistent fear of social situations, and rises from the individual's beliefs, affects millions of people each year. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of teaching the problem solving skills on reducing students' social anxiety.Materials and method: This study was a quasi-experimental one. By employing multi-stage sampling, 200 female high school students of Tehran's public schools were selected and examined by Social Anxiety Scale. Then 40 students who had achieved the highest scores on the scale were randomly selected among them, and divided into two experimental and control group randomly. Based on D'zarilla & Goldfield’s problem solving model, the problem solving skills were taught to the experimental group during 12 two-hour sessions. Results: Results showed that Social anxiety among the students who received problem solving skills training was significantly lower than the students who didn’t receive the teaching and also problem-solving skills had the appropriate stability over time. Conclusion: Teaching problem solving training is proposed as an effective method to get rid of anxiety among students and preventing psychological and physical trauma and behavioral problems.}, keywords = {social anxiety, problem solving,Female High School Students}, url = {https://iase-ijeas.com/article_161064.html}, eprint = {https://iase-ijeas.com/article_161064_a0eef784694522e801d8765f3ac1213e.pdf} } @article { author = {Keikha, Alemeh and Zamani, Bibi Eshrat}, title = {Predict the effectiveness of academic information system Based on the components of strategic intelligence}, journal = {International Journal of Education and Cognitive Sciences}, volume = {2}, number = {1}, pages = {32-38}, year = {2021}, publisher = {Iranian Association for Intelligence and Talent Studies}, issn = {3041-8828}, eissn = {3041-8828}, doi = {10.22034/injoeas.2021.161065}, abstract = {Introduction: Strategic intelligence is a novel theory concerning organization issue for finding basic capabilities and competitive advantages in present unstable organizational environment.
